“Every child is unique, and so is their nervous system, which provides for their individual needs and abilities. That is why parenting should be individualised and based on each child’s needs and abilities. Parents who focus on their ideas of what the “right” child should look like (how to dress, how to study, what sports to play, etc.) may not see the real needs of their child. Instead, they may insist on their own parenting methods. In order to help their child to develop, it is important for parents to learn to accept their child’s individuality and uniqueness. This may require a lot of patience, attention and openness to new approaches in parenting. Ultimately, parents who understand and accept their children will help them to develop into confident and independent individuals who are able to express their thoughts and feelings and be creators of their own lives. This diagnosis has been finalised by me on the basis of my teaching experience and knowledge of the nervous system and psychodiagnosis.”
